Saona Island, with its turquoise waters, unspoiled beaches, rich palm trees, and amazing natural pools, make it one of the most popular excursions in Punta Cana.
Appreciate the best of the Dominican Republic’s east coast on a full-day adventure to Saona Island. We’ll pick you up at your resort in Punta Cana, where you will be taken to the port of Bayahibe. From Bayahibe, you will depart in a catamaran or speedboat to Saona Island.
We’ll stop near the coast of Saona Island at the famous Natural Pool, where the sandbars offshore bring the depth to just a few feet. You can enjoy the waist-deep shallow waters of Saona, have a couple of drinks, do some snorkeling, or inspect the fields of starfish!
You’ll also have time to eat a barbecue lunch, served buffet-style. After lunch, you can choose to lounge on Saona Island’s beach, play beach games, or learn merengue dancing.
Come with PuntaCanaRD.com and enjoy a day of total relaxation and full of fun.
Fun fact: Saona Island’s main beach, Canto de la Playa, has starred in the movies Pirates of the Caribbean and The Blue Lagoon.
