Truck Safari – Cultural Tour in Punta Cana

Continuing, we will visit a Rural School to learn more about our educational system, that if it is a teaching day, then we will have the opportunity to see the students.

Later on we will find the great Sugar Cane Plantations, we will learn about their history and about their production. We also go through Las Montañas and visit its large Coffee and Cocoa Plantations, where you can have a cup of Coffee and / or Chocolate made naturally in the mountains, and at the same time a toast of MAMAJUANA, we will also taste different types of seasonal tropical fruits taken from the trees. We will visit a river to take a refreshing bath.

Following our tour of the Montana, we find a Typical Country House to see how people live there, we will also see a gift shop, and that you can also buy Coffee and Cacao. Lunch. Our Restaurant for Lunch which is also in the Mountains, there we will taste a delicious Typical Dominican Lunch Buffet style.

Then we go to the most important city in the East of the Dominican Republic, the city of HIGUEY. There we visit the Basilica Nuestra Señora de la Altagracia, we will take a walk through the city and we will have a panoramic view of the municipal market.
